Hire a WriterEuropean Oak is a species native to the United Kingdom with exceptional durability and strength. European oak timber is used for furniture both domestically and exterior (Hill, 2017). It is most commonly used to make doors, windows, flooring, and furniture. It is a popular choice for structural application in big sizes, particularly in roof purlins. The benefit of European Oak hardwood is that it may be stained, waxed, polished, or varnished.

Because beech wood is perishable, it can also be utilized for internal purposes. It can be used to make furniture, tables, and joinery.
Also, the Beech can be used as a veneer on plywood. It can be used when stained, polished, waxed, oiled and vanished. Beech is shown below.

Concrete
I will use advanced polypropylene fibre Concrete. The concrete is a pioneering combination of both fine and coarse monofilament polypropylene fibers (Dupont.co.uk, 2017). The fibers increase toughness and ductility of the hardened concrete. In this case, I will use WDL Dense Paint Concrete Blocks. The concrete is manufactured in solid and hollow forms of surface cladding. The concrete will offer excellent plastering results (WDL Concrete, 2017).

Bricks
Facing bricks are the most popular type of bricks used for external walls of a building and are also chosen for their aesthetic value. Facing bricks are produced using different manufacturing techniques so they are available as softmud, and extrude. Engineering bricks are suitable where strength and resistance to frost attack and water are important. They are preferred in ground works, making man holes, sewers and damp proof courses.
