In the past decade, the scarcity to clean drinking water has become a major challenge in various parts of the world. The project will primarily focus on the challenge of access to clean and safe water. A description on the measures that need to be implemented in addressing the issue will also be provided. Access to clean and safe water remains a major challenge around the world and this is partially to blame for an increase in the health-related problems mostly in the rural communities (Water.org, 2018). The purpose of the site is to provide the audience with information on the water crisis, areas that are worst hit by the problem and the measures that can be implemented in addressing the issue. Water.org is a very credible source and this means that it can be used as evidence for research projects and proposals. The source uses data in accurately describing the ever-increasing challenge for the access to clean and safe drinking water, thus further making it authentic and accurate. The study, by relying on data and facts on the water crisis, appears to be balanced.

In various parts of the world, access to clean drinking water continues to be a major challenge (Sergei, 2013). As a political scientist and a professor at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, he has information on the various challenges affecting humanity. The author has also written several other journal articles and this has since increased his knowledge and experience in different fields. However, the information from the article comes from the Salem Press Encyclopedia which is not a credible website. On several occasions, the website is linked to Wikipedia. From a broader perspective, the use of data makes the assessment of the water crisis more authentic and accurate. The primary objective of the site is to make high-quality information on the water crisis available to a wider audience. Moreover, the source reveals some of the effects of the problem on a larger population. Based on the information, it is evident that governments and international organizations are doing little to effectively address the challenge. The research also highlights the desalination technologies that are currently being used in some regions to obtain clean drinking water. The study appears to be balanced and detailed despite the fact that it is extracted from the Salem Press Encyclopedia which has always been pinpointed as an incredible source.
