There is also increased dissatisfaction and burnout due to the PPACA. The PPACA has caused dissatisfaction due to increased work related issues that affect the emotional and mental health of a person. In the process of proving services, there is mental and emotional health impact that one undergoes due to the straining resulting from the duties assigned to an individual (Nowicki, 2011).
In conclusion, different ways in which PPACA has impacted on daily life at work include instability and stress, an increase in paperwork, and heavy workload to be undertaken.
