The 216 Customer Survey on M2A2 Fast Technologies

The 216 Consumer Survey on M2A2 Fast Technologies was conducted in four distinct locations, including the Americas, the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, in terms of the product's dimensions: speed, dependability, pricing, and service. The data was evaluated using an Excel spreadsheet to see if there are statistically significant changes between these locations each year.

To identify which region had the greatest scores on various product categories, the "top box" scores were shown using pivot charts and tables. Utilizing 'top box' scores, the United States had less fluctuation in Speed and Service, whereas the Americas shown less variability in Reliability and Price. Based on 'top box scores,' Europe maintained consistency for all product dimensions. Middle East had only one top box score for each product dimension. Based on overall scores Middle East had less variability on Reliability.

The average scores for the “top box” measure were presented on Table 2 to determine which had high overall top box scores. On average, Middle East performed excellently based on the top box scores in terms of speed and reliability, Europe did well on price dimension, and Asia on Service.

Figure 1 presents the total top box scores for each category per region. It is clear that USA performs the best in terms of Speed, Reliability, price, and service; followed by Americas, Europe, Asia, and Middle East.

Conclusion

In conclusion, USA has higher consistency when it comes of be the speed and quality of services compared to other regions. Additionally, USA also maintains substantial level of consistency for reliability and price. Although the mean values show Middle East is on the lead based on top box scores, it is trailing on based on all scores. In overall, USA shows the highest performance, followed by Americas, Europe, Asia, and Middle East.
