Proposal Letter to an organization

I am writing from an organization that has hosted annual events that are sure to raise awareness on several occasions. As a non-profit organization, we have worked hard to ensure that we deliver the highest quality services to those in need. Awareness does raise many concerns in order to achieve a certain purpose. This could have immediate ramifications in terms of how the public perceives certain features (McMurray, & Arnett, 2016). We are an organization that is passionate about disseminating information that may cause individual distress or issues that may cause societal problems. We raise awareness by making sure that we promote one particular belief. Since the program is lengthy we have opted to focus on two main knowledge platforms. We have raised awareness concerns for women and the disabled in the society.

We have had different cases where women and the disabled are affected by various situations that arises in the society. The organization is set far from the ill behaviours other groups that tend to get extort other people telling them on how much they can help them. It is our desire that we relate to the basic needs of the people who need as much to assist them in in time of need. It is considered important that everyone is treated equally regardless of their gender or physical capability. Hence this annual event brings all the focussed energy in making sure that they are treated equally and not taken for granted.

It is now our pleasure that we ask that you grace our annual event this year. It will be hosted on 6/02.2017. Having seen what, you have also been able to do for other organization we will be pleasured to have you attend and provide a lecture to the various listeners that will be anticipating your advice. The nature of your work cannot be outmatched and that and different reasons we ask that you accept out humble request to attend the annual festival. The different outline about our various activities have been described above (Garland-Thomson, 2002). We need to inspire the different people that have been feeling left out by the society not being considered for various positions or professions. Women and the disabled need to feel appreciated by the society hence the need to create this awareness festival that will be held in form of dinner.

We have concentrated on educating the women and the disabled about their various rights and what is needed from them to excel and be part of the community that has been neglecting them for different reasons. Our community needs some form of hope to bring them together which you can do effectively. You have been fond of giving people hope which is what is required to help the community. Your presence will be highly appreciated since you are part of the mission that we have been preaching. When we are able to deal with such pressing issues we will be able to move on and get things done (Garland-Thomson, 2002). So much can be said about the current society that we leave in for instance it is filled with individuals that are focussed on their wellbeing. The event will take place at the organizations premises taking into details that it shall host various agencies that have the same mission across the country. The best part about the entire event is that we get to learn about the needs that different people share and from that we get to find out how we can help them get their best desires.

It is considerate that we consider about the various outcomes of the arranged annual festival event and as mentioned earlier we shall be most honoured to have you as the main guest of the event. Following this letter, you are to be called by a staff member who shall inform and take you through the event schedule to make it easier for you. We hope to see you soon.
