The No Child Left Behind Law

The No Child Left Behind law (NCLBL), which was enacted in 2002 as an update to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, is a successful instrument utilized by states to strengthen the federal government's role in ensuring that schools are held accountable for their kids' academic achievement. It was designed to make sure that the administration of the school handled the pupils with care both inside and outside of the classroom. To the best of their abilities, the students can use them to accomplish their goals.

Difficulties in Implementing the Statute

NCLB involves having provisions for the family involvement and communicating to them in the language they understand better.

Improvement in Education System

The learning in California has therefore, greatly improved since the introduction of NCLB into law as the tutors have become more accountable in their responsibility. The students on the other hand have been forced to work harder in order to improve their performance. It has therefore, brought about positive changes in the education system.
