This report analyzes the disruption that is being witnessed in the fast food business and offers a recommendation for Chipotle on how to exploit innovative technology to gain a strong competitive advantage.

The strategic development at Chipotle is based on its mission, “to change how people think about and eat fast food” (Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2017).
