Gilligan Vincent - Creator and Producer of Breaking Bad

Gilligan Vincent is the creator and producer of the neo-western American crime thriller television series Breaking Bad. It tells the tale of Walter White, a high school instructor who has been battling lung cancer after receiving an inoperable diagnosis. The movie is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where it was also shot. (pilot 14). The first distribution took place on September 29, 2013. However, Walter initially comes across as very hopeless and unstable when he discovers that he has terminal cancer and starts making meth, but over time, this causes him to develop so many positive traits that are analyzed below. In season 1 episode one of this Breaking Bad we can learn some things from it. Of importance in the third particular essay is, however, an in-depth analysis of the character of Walter generally in this specific fill. From episode one we can depict some characters from his personality in general. One of the characters that we can be able to see from Walter is the fact that he is cunning generally. It is evident that he is crafty because we can see from the film that he is seen stealing and packing boxes that are full of chemistry equipment in the school. He goes this when he is in high school generally and can get away with it. The scene is then followed up by an episode where they both rush and drive out to the desert to be able to complete what they had initially started effectively.

Character Analysis - Episode 1

Another character analysis that we can be able to deduce from Walter in the first episode is the fact that he is careful in whatever he does. It is clear that he is careful in that when they eventually get to the forest where they ought to be waltered makes sure that he has gotten off all his clothes that he was wearing on that particular day (Segal 56). It is a move to ensure that no chemical odor can be detected on his clothes once they are all done with those fumes. It is a prudent move in that once he is done with that exercise no one can be able to pin him down because he did what he did. It can see him off the hook at all times.

We are also to see the cunning character of Walter in this episode expose itself so well generally (Rhodes 55). It is because when the sounds of the siren drawing near Walter begins to get cunning. He does by making sure that he stands in the middle of the road and trying to shoot himself but to his dismay, he is entirely unable to do that and rests back on no other technique. He decides to try and get cunning, but again his efforts bear no fruits yet at all.

Episode 2

In the second event, we are also able to note that Walter is very tactful in whatever he does all through. By this, we can observe in the fact that in this episode he throws the drug dealer into the back of his car general. It is a tactical move that he takes to be able to win the deal.

Another character that we can efficiently deduce from him in this second episode is the fact that he is very deceitful. We can see this when he falsely confesses in an attempt to hide the truth entirely that Jesse is a pot dealer. It was not in his intention to admit this particular revelation that he had earlier lied about it. He ends up confessing eventually that indeed Jesse his friend is indeed a pot dealer, a statement that is an earlier contradiction to what had been alleged earlier generally.

We can also see that Walter is very skillful in whatever thing that he wants to undertake at any particular time. It is seen when they argue on what to do to the body to ultimately do away with the evidence that could as well see them jailed for committing murder. Walter is then able to suggest an idea that is skillful. He says that they do so use a hydrofluoric acid that can easily break the body.

Episode 3

In this episode, we are also to note various character traits of the person Walter all through the film. One of them being the fact that he is very observant in everything that he partakes all through. We can see this in a flashback at the beginning of the third episode where he can analyze the human's chemical composition of the body. Walter does this while in a company of a female colleague that they were to meet with while they were at work. He analyzes and observes that 99% of the body's makeup is accounted for chemically.

We are also able to see in this episode that Walter is very imaginative as well. We see this in the scene where he sits on the toilet and begins imagining thoroughly well about the whole idea. After careful imagination and thinking, he can come up with a good list that has both the pros and cons as well of the entire aspect of clemency.

The other trait that is so eminent in this episode is the fact that we can see that Walter is also very cooperative (Moore 47). It is noticed that he is collaborative when he realizes that he has cancer and that he won't be able to kill Krazy 8 Very easily as he thought that he would be able to do so. He acknowledges this fact, and from this end, it is seen that he is very cooperative being able to acknowledge that fact after all.

Episode 4

We are also able to realize a few character traits of Walter in this episode. One of them is the fact that Walter is also very talkative as a general trait. In this we see him talking to the other guys that were around about he was able to meet up with Skyler. Walter does this when they are having a barbecue at the White residence with his other friends who were also available. It, in turn, makes Skyler who is also with them to burst into tears that are uncontrollable at that particular time.

We are also able to see that Walt is also very hardworking generally. We can see this in the fact that he balked at the idea of paying $5000 deposit for the treatment and relenting that he will able to borrow that amount from his pension (McFarland 43). The fact that he had a pension scheme in the first place hints to the fact that he is hardworking and that he has also been saving all that while which is unforeseen in this particular film as it heads forward.

We can see in this episode that indeed Walter is very cruel as a matter of fact. It is evident in the last minutes of the film where he crosses paths with the KEN WINS. While the driver is inside the car, Walter walks to the car and picks up a squeegee (Goodman 56). He puts it around the car, and as he starts walking back towards his car, he leaves the car of the other guy being up in flames as a result. It is indeed cruel of him to do so, and we are unable to foresee this particular action in the movie.

Episode 5

In this episode, we can see the cheerful side of Walter White. It is evident in that he is seen attending a birthday party for Elliot alongside Skyler white. They also begin to open the presents that they brought to the birthday party and they are all nervous that their birthday gift will not be-be able to compete for the other high steemed people who were at the party as well generally. It is very cheerful of him to attend the birthday party and also as well to be able to gift the person whose birthday whose due at that particular time. It was very cheerful to be able to do that particularly.

We can also notice in this episode that indeed Walter is also a very caring man. Caring emerges from the fact that you can feel and you take care of others the same way that you would also probably like to be taken off. It is clear that Walter is caring when he tells Skyler that he will be able to take care of it in the last minutes of this particular episode (Moore 56). The fact that he said he would take care of it indicates that he feels what it means for her and that he is willing to be able to help out in this particular situation. We can also be able to see the caring side of Walter when he slips his hands around the waist of Skyler and asks her if she wants to cook generally in the kitchen. It is act and sign of care and love that he shows to Skyler, and it shows that he deeply cares about her and that he can able to do anything that it takes to make her happy.

Episode 6

Being one of the interesting episodes in the film, we can see Walter White being able to give very stern lectures to Skyler when he is back in business. From this scene, we can depict the authoritative side of Walter (Segal 45). The fact that he can issue very strict instructions on how things are supposed to be from then going forward indicate that indeed he is a very trustworthy man who needs things always to be done in the proper manner and way at all times and by what he says at all the times.

From this episode, we are also able to see that Walter is also very fault finding. We can conclude this from the fact that when he gets to the hospital, and his hair starts falling, he finds fault in this. After he finds fault in that he comes home the next morning and decides to cut off his and shave down to be able to avoid the shame that comes with the fault that is in his head.

Episode 7

Being the last episode of the film, we can deduce a few things here and there from the character of Walter himself as a person (Snierson 67). The fact that Walter loves Skyler all through. In the seventh episode, we can see that Walter begins to stroke Skyler's thigh under the table as they play all the time slowly. They play around with clothes as we can see in the last episode. They laugh and share jokes that are wild but eventually hold hands. Indeed from this episode, we can tell that Walter White is loving.
